WHAT MAKES A GOOD MATHEMATICIAN?
After being given the question What makes a good mathematician?, 5th graders brained stormed individually and shared their answers in small groups.
Teacher briefly mentioned Albert Einstein’s struggles in primary school, and hung a picture of him missing his hair on the board. Students will jotedt down some answers on small pieces of paper (strands of hair) which were then be glued onto Einstein’s scalp. ‘Albert’ has been a class companion since then!
