Como parte del curso de Ciencia y Tecnología en el Sexto Grado, nuestros estudiantes disfrutaron de una experiencia en la que profundizaron sus conocimientos sobre Biodiversidad a través del inglés.

Esta experiencia fomentó las habilidades creativas y de pensamiento de los estudiantes, mediante la creación de nuevas especies de animales a través de características de diferentes especies. Previamente revisaron las partes de animales vertebrados (en Inglés). Luego, al conversar sobre la biodiversidad y su importancia, procedieron a realizar sus creaciones.

El objetivo de dicha experiencia se consolidó a través de creaciones artísticas de las “nuevas especies”, asimismo, le asignaron nombres, y describieron sus características. Para finalizar, todos los dibujos se colocaron en las paredes del aula de inglés a manera de muestra de la nueva biodiversidad creada por ellos.

As part of the Sixth Grade Science and Technology course, our students enjoyed an experience in which they deepened their knowledge of Biodiversity through English.

This experience fostered students’ creative and thinking skills, by creating new species of animals through characteristics of different species. They previously reviewed the parts of vertebrate animals (in English). Then, while discussing about biodiversity and its importance, they proceeded to make their creations.

The objective of this experience was consolidated through artistic creations of the “new species”, also, they assigned names, and described their characteristics. Finally, all the drawings were placed on the walls of the English classroom as a sample of the new biodiversity created by them.
