A través del cortometraje “El Punto”, en el curso de Teoría del Conocimiento del Primer Año del Programa del Diploma, se invitó a los estudiantes a ser pensadores y reflexivos para responder preguntas en base a la interpretación y relación del “punto” con los diversos personajes de dicho cortometraje, tales como el caníbal, el matemático, el playero, el hippie, entre otros.

Así mismo, los estudiantes respondieron a preguntas sobre las perspectivas del conocimiento y la verdad; para finalizar dicha actividad de aprendizaje, intercambiaron argumentos en base a su análisis mediante un foro.

Through the short film, “El Punto”, shown in the Theory of Knowledge course in the first year of the Diploma Program, students were invited to think critically and reflect on a number of questions based on the interpretation and relationship of the “point,” with respect to various characters from the short film, such as the cannibal, the mathematician, the beachgoer, the hippie, among others.

Furthermore, the students answered questions about the perspectives of knowledge and truth, and to complete this learning activity, they exchanged arguments based on their analysis through a forum.
