Las familias de este grado compartieron esta divertida experiencia y, en equipo desde casa, crearon más cartillas para completar el juego. Todo esto es parte del curso de matemática donde están desarrollando el tema transdisciplinario “Cómo nos expresamos”, cuya idea central es “La creatividad nos permite resolver problemas y expresar nuestra singularidad”.

¡Qué emocionante fue ver que lograron comprender el concepto de la multiplicación al explicarlo en el aula!

Our Second Grade kids created a fun memory game to start learning about multiplication. In this learning experience they used examples as a starting point, then applied their creativity to create their own multiplications (as repeated additions) and drew representations of them.
The families of this grade shared in this fun experience as a team at home they created more cards to complete the game. This is part of the mathematics course through which they are developing the transdisciplinary theme “How we express ourselves” whose central idea is “Creativity allows us to solve problems and express our uniqueness.”
It was exciting to see that they were able to understand the concept of multiplication so clearly that they were able to explain it to the classroom!
