La última semana de abril, nuestros estudiantes de Sexto Grado recibieron la visita de los estudiantes del mismo grado del Colegio IB Obraoiro de La Coruña, España, y disfrutaron de una jornada donde compartieron sus conocimientos sobre la cultura de ambos países.

A través de presentaciones e intercambio de ideas dialogaron sobre artesanía, danzas, artes, gastronomía y fiestas tradicionales, reflejando ser indagadores y buenos comunicadores. 

Este encuentro ha sido muy enriquecedor a nivel integral en el Programa de la Escuela Primaria de ambos colegios; seguiremos desarrollando más actividades de esta índole, con la finalidad de relacionarnos aún más con todos los colegios IB del mundo.

In the last week of April, our Sixth Grade students received a visit from students of the same grade from the IB Obradoiro School in La Coruña, Spain, and enjoyed a day where they shared their knowledge about the culture of both countries.

Through presentations and exchanging ideas, they discussed crafts, dances, arts, gastronomy and traditional festivals, emphasizing the characteristics of being inquirers and good communicators.

This meeting was enriching and beneficial to the Primary School Program for both schools. We will continue to develop more activities like this one, with the aim of further engaging with all IB schools around the world.
