Choque Jitiris, en aymara, quiere decir trabajo de la papa y representa todo la labor de siembra y cultivo de este importante tubérculo andino. En esta danza, mujeres y hombres trabajan por igual, con la ayuda de algunos animales como el burro y la vaca.
