Nuestros y nuestras estudiantes de cuarto y quinto grado están desarrollando una Unidad de Indagación sobre cómo organizar su tiempo; dentro de esta han visto la importancia de tener momentos de relajación para conseguir bienestar. Tuvieron oportunidad de tener una sesión de mindfulness en el Colegio y, al parecer, tendrán muchas más.

Our fourth and fifth grade students are engaged in a Unit of Inquiry on how to organize their time; as a part of this inquiry, they have examined the importance of having moments of relaxation to achieve well-being. They had the opportunity to participate in a session of mindfulness at school and perhaps many more.
